If I’m reading it right, it has two meanings. Either the GE13 is creeping its way up to the surface or the ice-cream brand’s having some sort of promotions/festivals soon.

Well, at least Budget 2013 hasn’t increased the sin tax for both. It’s probably gotta do with the elections, but oh well, seeing year after year of increases (when I started it was RM 3.80 or RM 4.20 per pack, now it’s more than double that).
If I had the political clout to do that, I’ll certainly lower it. Heh.
