Nuffnangers head down for the vPOST Christmas Bash 2008 in Singapore!

makan

I know, I know, I’m slow – despite getting a SIN 26 broadband connection (24 hours), I was out most of the day so I didn’t get to update. I didn’t get to sleep much too. We stopped at a rest area on the way to Singapore for lunch. The food is nothing to write home about (it’s a rest stop!)…

audrey

…and I found out that Audrey really is 4 feet 9. She makes me feel tall. πŸ˜‰

molested

We checked into the Marriott at Orchard Road and some hijinks which should probably not be published happened e.g. this dubious photo of Eiling being er…molested by us…

girl girl

…and some naughty girl on girl action.

shot

(as well as the infamous 7 second shot)

no caption

I don’t even have a caption for this photo.

dressing

Sneak peak: The girls dressing up. Eiling and Natalie dropped by to change.

getting dressed

I was about to get changed. Sorry for being late (and passing out). :p

dressing up

We got all dressed up for the costume party – I was assigned the letter O so I went as Osama bin Laden (after being brought into US custody but still given a cigarette before being sent away) but I ended up being P.

More details and photos tomorrow! πŸ™‚

  3. I know it you Mike. Coming from a family with good family value. I see you wrote it fast so I know you are a gentleman and would not treat those women bad at all if you were there.
But is these want to be HooChee Mamas it really up to them and how guys would treat them. Women should have pride in themselves and not let those kinds of photo be taken of them in such a way. But man I am a Dude what ever to these Chicks.
[HB: You all have the same IPs? Living in a dorm or in a rented house? There just so many of you, and all of you write similar in rapid succession to boot.]

  4. It an apt dorm like. With rents so sky high in San Francisco this place is not bad and meet lot of people and go on trips together like what you do also. Why do you ask? There is a public computer in living room where everyone use. Joe is my dude friend across the hall.
This bother me is those picture of your friends because it way I was brought up. Showing respect to women and all people. Going to church on Sunday is another reason.

  5. TOM: Heh! Cheers! The fun part is over, now it’s back to work time.
Ah Siang: Thanks buddy. She understands that I’m a blogger.
    The Bull: I didn’t. πŸ™‚
Justin: Nope, but I can do one for you in the weekend. I’m not a chick though. πŸ˜‰
BLue: Haha! Told you I was gonna post it. Got tsunami advance warning already. πŸ™‚
I always ask for photos like this. Must be consensual. πŸ˜‰
Eh, is my comment system messed up? I know sometimes it messes up.
KY: Coz my notebook doesn’t have bluetooth and I didn’t bring the data cable to KL. Need you to email the photo to me buddy. Cheers!
Michale (Mike): To each his own I guess. We all have different cultures and opinions. πŸ™‚
Joe: I’m surprised though…you’re all from San Francisco right?
Michale (Mike): Okay, it’s just coz your IP addresses are all the same and you all kinda write the same way. πŸ™‚
Hey, as a Taiwanese ABC, I thought you would have integrated into the culture?
So you’re not a big fan of Maxim or car magazines I imagine?
Anyway, so you think the girls who are models don’t have self-respect? Don’t tell me you’re one of those guys who belief girls who dress nice is asking to be raped? There’s no such thing, mate. You should respect girls no matter what their choices (in dressing or otherwise) is.
Church is fine and all, but tolerance is better. I’ve always believed in not pushing my beliefs on other people. πŸ™‚

  9. these pics speak louder about the wild fun you guys have had in Singapore, more than any of you could possibly even express! I’ve had a lot of friends travelling to Singapore of late for a holiday. I think I’m now beginning to understand why. They say the summers are exotic and sultry in the Far East. And by Joe, you guys, I can definitely sense all the fun and excitement. I think there’s also some gala event called the Great Singapore Sale which is slated to begin pretty soon, or has it begun already?! We’ve heard a lot about the mad rush in that one too! About the pictures- nice and naughty…and thrills for frills anyone?! just kidding!

  27. This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

  29. Thanks for expressing your ideas. I would also like to say that video games have been at any time evolving. Modern technology and inventions have made it simpler to create genuine and enjoyable games. All these entertainment games were not that sensible when the actual concept was being attempted. Just like other styles of technologies, video games also have had to advance by way of many ages. This is testimony towards fast progression of video games.

  33. I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

  35. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

  37. Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

  40. Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
