There is no spoon

spoon

This is supposed to be a much longer post with a lot of photos and videos but after much thought I decided it was best to pull the reins until the reincarnation of The Other Blog Which Shall Not Be Named. πŸ˜‰

Why would someone subject an innocent spoon to high temperatures on a stove?

Good times in Sibu during CNY.

  1. I know exactly what your doing. You doing DIY branding. This involves burning yourself to leave a permanent scar, which after it has healed looks sort of cool. Using the spoon will give a you a “U” shaped pattern, repeated several times close togther will look interesting on your chest or arms. Many tribal cultures used scarring as a mark of growing in adulthood or the sign of great warrior. Branding and scarring has been growing in popularity over the last ten years, and many of the more extreme tattoo and piercing shops include branding and scarring as part of their service. This, along with piercing is part of the “modern primative” look. Now, anyone for dermal impants?

Scarification, now I’ve always wanted to do that. Some fraternities practise this too, or so I hear. πŸ˜‰
joel: Haha! I don’t use heroin or meth anymore, 100% clean. Sober for three years! πŸ™‚
WEEN: Nope, still on the wagon, nice and clean. πŸ˜‰
    hindraf: Haha! Cheers bro! πŸ™‚
RINFIONE: Oh, nice, this is a perfectly legal use for a spoon as well, it’ll join Michelle and Jeff and Explainations (TM). πŸ˜‰

  7. I agree with stupidhead8 ( but not the his or her name). past is past. wise council. I have two zipped up garment bags. bsa and usaf. that was then. this is now. once in a while I look at that stuff, and remember the past. nothing wrong with that but it realy never was so great, at the time, anyways. alot of hard work. use your time wisely. we all have a finite amount, around here, ya know… hell, they play styx and little feet as elevator musak now… on the upside i have a belly button hernia, and when i squezze it I can make myself fart…( are you nuts.. thats nothing to be playing around with- comments from my friends). tom (fart)

  8. its good to hear that you have been clean and for quite some years.
its somewhat amazing that one really quits and left the past where it belongs.
ive seen friends going back to old habits once met with old friends at their hometowns. giving up is hard, watching people in front of you when youve already quit is harder.
you give myself hope that things can change.
as said, its best left in the past,
so i wish you a belated CNY and may you have a great year ahead of you.
    long live sixthseal!!

The posts have all been wiped out, need to find the backups for it (if there are backups T_T) before I can launch it again.
tom: Yeah, the past is best left in the past. πŸ™‚
I’m no spring chicken now and should be concentrating on stuff like getting married and all that. πŸ™‚
stupidhead8: Well, I won’t say it’s been a smooth journey, I used to get tempted a lot too. The trick is to not hang out with your old friends a.k.a. your drug buddies and associate yourself with “regular people” a.k.a. The Sober Team (TM). πŸ˜‰
Cheers! Happy CNY to you too! πŸ™‚

  11. HB, if the old site you’re referring to is the er… pure, chaste and moral one I am thinking of, there are old posts (some with pictures and all) archived on the wayback machine at http://www.archive.org/.
I was looking through the posts archived there for old times’ sake πŸ™‚

Glad to hear from an old time reader – thanks for being with me all the while! πŸ™‚
