I love this pic taken while I was in my sister’s place in Auckland, NZ a few weeks ago. I was carrying my niece and kissing her while my dad looks on. My sister is a bit of a private person (she is my polar opposite) so I am applying mosaic on her daughter (though to what purpose I do not know since all babies look alike).
She smells nice. She has a milky scent and it still puts a smile on my face when I think about her. π
WOW! Never expect you to be so sentimental. π
I know your feeling. My 4 and 1 year old newphews bring out this ‘uncle’ness in me although im still young. I guess it works on u too π
o hai Uncle Huai Bin! I iz like you cos i love the milky scent on babies too! hehe. Congrats on being an UNCLE!

debbie: Alas! Did I ruin my player image? Haha!
It’s age getting to me la…I’m 29 this year. I want to settle down. π
chrisblitz: Ya bro, it works on everyone. Imagine having a baby of your own, in your own image, your blood. π
eiling: Heh! Thanks Eiling! π
Ya, the milky scent is awesome eh?
It smells like…INNOCENCE! =D
kimberlycun: She’s a good kid. π
I’m sure she’ll grow up well but I kinda told her (not sure if she understands coz she’s like 2 months old?) that I’ll bring her clubbing when she’s 21. Haha!

chefmel: Haha! I can’t help it, she’s so tiny and cute! π
Jeff: Cheers mate! π
ah nel: Ooh…good thing this one is still very very young. Can’t imagine she’ll be this cute and docile when she’s 2-3 years old. Haha! π
Jerine: Uncle sounds good. I am officially a REAL uncle now. *proud* π
gypsy-on-the-move: Haha! No la, she’s so tiny and cute, can’t help but to sayang her. π
fresh: I’m no baby expert as well. π
I was told to hold her liddat, support her rear and her head.
Her head was resting against my chest and she wasn’t squirming so I guess she was somewhat comfortable. π
Alas!
Haha! No la, it’s the baby thing that always does it to people. They so tiny and fragile and cute. π
Heh! Yes, the Fatherhood Bell (TM) is tolling for me. π
Awww.. after a while, you’ll know how to hold her the “pro” way. But then as long as you dn’t drop her I guess no one can say the holding is wrong. π I like how your dad is looking at you. Your dad looks very sentimental as well. haha…
Oh, and I like baby smell! I still want to smell like a baby!! π

hitomi: Yeah most babies smell like milk. It’s a very innocent smell. Heh! π
WEEN: Nice one! Haha! π
suituapui: Yup, that’s exactly what I’m going to do! It’s the finding-the-right-person bit that’s thwarting my plans right now. π
have u ever tried incest? just curious
SO cheap! So much to eat!
Oi, saw you in the street the other day, I called out to you and you run away, wah lau eh. That sort of brother you are or was that a total stranger, wah pai say leh. ha ha
Anyway, you do realise why your neice is all milky. You sister been breast feeding her. So no, you should stop indirectly smelling your sister’s breasts. ha ha ha
What’s this about not bankrupting Genting? What’s going on here?
Hey, babies have their own baby smell so that we adults feel compelled to take care of them, to protect them, to stay awake with them all night, to play with them and cuddle them all the time.
It’s their own protective thing, and as they get older, they turn into normal smelly adults. So it’s nothing to do with incestuous breast milk, or whatever.
jonny123: Nope. π
Rachel: Eh, that’s the previous post izzit? π
rocket: Wrong guy la. Haha!
That is a very…wrong way to put things. π
I will bankrupt myself before I can beat the house.
Jenny: Interesting! I did not know that! =D
Thanks for the explaination – so it does have an evolutionary reason.
Hey, lunch was good, we should do this more often! π
