You have managed to snap a photo of the KL Petronas Twin Towers with one tower powered off and the other on. This happens when the synchronization is wonky and usually lasts a few seconds. You either got a lucky shot or have too much time on your hands.

There’s a bit of a delay in the automated power down between the 2 towers – it only lasts a few seconds and I don’t know if it’s consistent…but I caught it that day.

It was pure luck.
I caught the glitch coz I was outside smoking and taking photos and saw the one tower power down before the other. It just lasted a couple of seconds though.
work there for years and never seen this. lol
I’m not sure if it’s a one time glitch or something automated that doesn’t synchronize, drifts and gets worse with time.
I was just lucky to be there at that time.

I wish! It was a perfect sequence of events which led me to this shot…
…now if anyone wants to see if it’s a one off glitch or something that’s going to get worse with time e.g. longer time between power downs of the two towers from a synchronization drift problem, I’ll love to hear from them.
That’s a rare occurrence. What happened? They did not pay their electricity bill? LOL!!!
Heh! I’m not sure, I think it’s just a sync problem during the power down at night between the two towers.
