I got another tattoo done on impulse on Sunday evening. I decided to commemorate the breakup with *x with the new tattoo and said so in the video (actually I said “Steph” in the video, this is a semi-honest mistake, I meant to say “star crossed”). It was done at no other than Borneo Headhunters Tattoo and Piercing for RM 500.
The tattoo is the very same Celtic cross tattoo [sixthseal.com] that I had wanted to do for a long time. Celtic cross sounds too generic so I gave it a name – “For the devil my soul, for you, my flesh“. It’s a tattoo of a Celtic cross with the inscription “In nomine patris, et filii, et spiritus sancti” which means “In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Sprit” in Latin.
The tattoo was done at 5 pm on the 3rd of September 2006, the very same day I was warded for psychosis. I was in a manic state then, and wanted to get a tattoo so I called up Ernesto at Borneo Headhunters (who won the best Celtic/Tribal tattoo award twice in a row) and got myself inked.

I was warded after a little psychotic episode on Sunday and was kept in until Friday (just now) before the psychiatrist deemed me fit for discharge. I’m on lamotrigine now as a mood stabilizer in addition to my existing repertoire of drugs [sixthseal.com]. I’m on 4 mg of Risperdal and 60 mg of Remeron daily though, that’s the changes to the older post.
The picture above shows the scar from the previous hospitalization [sixthseal.com] which has its stitches removed and is now nice and comfy.

P/S – The hospital bills were footed by my dad so he’s the sponsor of this post and the days ranging from the 3rd to the 8th of Project MISER Month on the account that I’m in the hospital. The project will continue as normal but without accounting for the impulsive tattoo done (next post) coz that tattoo cost RM 500 and it’s not a monthly expense but more of an impulsive event so I’m not including that. I didn’t spend a single cent on Saturday night, thanks to Joanne.
She bought me the 5 Guinness Stout for RM 50 special, which would have put a huge dent into the project rationing if I were the one who got it.
I still have two bottles left in bottle keep at Luconia from last month so 7 Guinness Stouts and a couple of Dormicums was about right to get me there.

I went to KFC just now with Cherie and Joanne to get dinner. KFC is having a dual promotion – the KFC Meltz and Chick’n Fingers.

I got black coffee without sugar (RM 1.10) this morning to wake me up. I usually get one with Alex but I came in early today so I paid myself. I work on Saturdays so it’s necessary to kick start the day. I average about 3-4 coffees a day and that comes up to RM 4.40 per day or RM 132 per month, nearly half of the allocated RM 250 for this month so I’m thinking of ways to reduce this expenditure.
Any ideas?

This is the last time I’m getting bottled water. I drink 1.5 liters at night and I must remember to bring the empty bottle and refill it at the office’s water cooler before I punch out at work. It’ll save me RM 114 this month, nearly half of the entire month’s quota. This is one of the things I realized I can save but I never do – I get bottled water everyday for drinking.
That’s the end of Day 1…I spent RM 36.70 which is definately not sustainable. I’ll try harder during Day 2.
